Mama Godzilla’s Weekend of Wholenes
A Valentine’s Celebration of the Self | Feb 14–15
Forget the external pressure of the holiday and return to the person who matters most: You. Grounded in my half-Japanese heritage, Buddhist upbringing, and years of leading group fitness classes, this series is designed to remind you that you are whole and complete exactly as you are.
Saturday, Feb 14 @ 10:00 AM | Strength & Spirit (90 Min)
Kick off the weekend with a deep dive into your physical and mental center.
30 Min Core Conditioning: Functional strengthening and hip mobility.
60 Min Power Yoga: A vigorous flow focused on stability and internal power.
The Bonus: Stay for an optional 10–15 minutes of guided journaling to maximize the therapeutic benefits.
Special Touch: A generous savasana featuring individual light-touch mini-massages—a gift from my 20 years as an LMT.
Sunday, Feb 15 @ 10:00 AM | Flow & Restore (60 Min)
Today is about unblocking energy and releasing tension using Traditional Japanese medicine and modern recovery tools.
Makko Ho & Do-In: Traditional meridian-stretching and self-massage exercises to stimulate the flow of Qi and harmonize the organs.
Tai Chi & Qigong: Basic meditative movements for balance and grace.
Foam Rolling: Western science techniques to release myofascial tension.
